A side note:
Hello Readers,
Thank you for your understanding as I just didn't feel able to share last Tuesday after yet another major branch of my family tree went back to Earth/God/wherever it is we go. Tears fill my eyes as I write this because I've loved and missed so many of my family members while we were all alive. It's all very complicated. My aunt Muriel who passed on last week had told me last fall that some day we'll talk about all of it. I had wondered back when she said it if she meant in this life or after. I doubt that could have happened even if we had had more time. I'll try to take some comfort in her acknowledgement of there being an "it" to talk about.Mindy Matijasevic
Sorry for the loss of your aunt. Never easy to lose a loved family member. I hope you find some comfort.
Glad you are taking the time to embrace mourning. I'm sorry that you even have to go through it all. The same strong, wonderful woman you are will take you past this sorrow. As for "it", acknowledgment can be enough.
CA, thanks very much for your caring comments here and on my FB page. Mary, it remains a mystery to me if we know each other outside of blog-land. You are so consistently supportive and seem to understand me. I feel like you know me. Well, I will enjoy it. :-)
Hows about that video? Pretty impressive I say.
Very impressive video! Thank you for making me aware of it. Losing a loved one is never easy. Mindy I offer my condolences...
Thanks, Rhonda.
Sorry Mindy for your loss.
Thanks, Lisa. The problematic relationships can be the hardest losses because of all that is left unresolved. But I am trying to accept things the way they are.
The video is refreshing -- hope you got a chance to watch. It's short.
